Solid ebony is hand carved to create the stunning ebony Staunton Chess Pieces. The Paulsen Ebony 3½ inch Chess Men are of the classic Staunton design that has dominated chess for more than a century. To ensure protection these fine pieces are weighted and generously felted on their bases.
